all orders placed monday – wednesday before 12pm est will ship the same day.

if you place an order wednesday – thursday 12pm est and select ups next day air, we’ll ship your package to arrive friday! (ground and 2nd day air orders placed during this time are held for shipping the following week)

all other orders will ship the following monday.

please use this as a guideline, we cannot guarantee same day shipping on any order. if you are placing an order for a time sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early. all milk bar products can be frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness

notes about shipping rates and rules

pies and cakes ship via ups next day air only. if there is a pie or cake in your order we will send the whole order via next day air so that it arrives at the same time. we do this to ensure the freshness and quality of the product upon arrival.

ground shipping is offered for the east coast and parts of the midwest, based on ups’s estimated delivery timeline. 2nd day air and next day air are offered for orders going to the southwest and west coast.

we do our best to get you fresh delicious treats as quickly as possible! because we are shipping perishable items, we do not offer shipping options that would keep products in transit for more than 3 days- if you are ordering only merchandise, or a mix of merchandise and perishable items an exception can be made for those items. please contact us to request ground shipping on merchandise.
